HT 908 is a metal-reinforced flexible graphite gasket material. This product is designed for performance with a quality graphite facing bonded mechanically to our starburst-style, Hi-Tex tanged steel core. The facing material is OEM-quality, proven flexible graphite. This grade is well-suited for head, intake, and exhaust gaskets. Finished HT 908 is black and shiny with a smooth graphite finish color with a smooth, slightly sheen finish. It is easily cut with standard cutting methods.
