Corseal 830 is a high-performance, metal-reinforced graphite/fiber blend gasket material. This product is designed for performance with a graphite/fiber blend facing bonded mechanically, without adhesives, to our rectangular style, Corseal tanged steel core. The facing material features 75% graphite with aramid fiber reinforcements for strength and durability and an NBR binder system for fluid resistance.
CS 830 is well-suited for head gaskets, exhaust gaskets, and intake gaskets with narrow wall widths due to the rectangular core pattern.
Finished CS 830 is dark in color with a smooth, slightly sheen finish. It is easily cut with standard cutting methods.
